Strawberry and Rouge du Jardin jelly strawberriesDuring the early summer, we found the sweetest, best tasting strawberries one of our favorite local farms. Their scent and flavor taste just like the berries from France. We mixed up a garden blend of raspberries, strawberries, rhubarb, rose petals and mint for an infusion of "rouge du jardin".
