C., founded in 1710 is midway between Charleston and Savannah. Beaufort is the center of a spectacular Salt Water triangle, the base being the Atlantic, the sides Port Royal and St. Helena Sounds and the Apex Broad and Coosaw River. Condition: Good with mild discoloration at bottom of back. Unmailed.
