2021 Baco Noir 2016-cheverie dark fruitDry, medium bodied, single varietal red wine made from 100% Nova Scotia grown grapes Winemaker's Notes: This wine was fermented in open top vats and then left for an extended maceration of three weeks. The wine was then pressed and immediately racked into stainless steel vats to finish malo lactic fermentation while maintaining the fresh fruit profile of the wine. After nine months of lees ageing in tank the wine was filtered and bottled. Baco Noir
