Knabstrup actually produced over half of Denmarks preserving pots when production was at its peak. Today it has again become trendy to pickle ones own beetroot or make ones own jam, and many of us find great calm and satisfaction in the preservation of homemade delicacies. The pickle jars can also be incorporated
