As such, we anticipate that, while ACOs that choose to report Medicare CQMs would not be eligible for the eCQM/MIPS reporting incentive or the Complex Organization Adjustment, these ACOs would likely sufficiently benefit from our policy to score Medicare CQMs using flat benchmarks as described at 414.1380(b)(1)(ii)(F)
