The olive colour very much indicates a military production and it was indeed made for the US Signal Corps. The camera was built by Graflex Inc. from 1954 to 1957, with the official label of KE 4 (1) Still Picture Camera, a designation similar to the Leica KE 7a, also made for the US military.
