Upon purchasing the vineyard in 2012 I saw it as an ideal place to create blends that included grape varieties I believe will see McLaren Vale into the future

Perfumed tannins and a suave mouthfeel evoke the heart of southern Italy while remaining unmistakably Australian. A joyous vintage, with depth and poise in every glass. The Vintage: Joyous! No stress in the vineyard with plenty of water and heat at the right time. An extended ripening period led to great flavour. The fruit was
