Isle of Raasay Distillery Single Malt , the Draam (70cl & 2 Glass Gift Set), 70cl Bottle Muscat rich and aromatic with smoothThis lightly peated dram showcases the distillery's six part maturation. Two Isle of Raasay spirits peated and unpeated combine with three distinct cask types Rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak, and Bordeaux red wine casks. Elegant, lightly peated overall. American oak develops a nutty sweet spice in the spirit, while the previous bourbon contents develop caramel and toffee. The french red wine casks add their savoury spice and dark fruit.
