So I created a dress that looked like the ruffle was falling off on its own and I loved it! Starting over the heart, a ruffle spirals around the dress, landing near the front center hem. The body is a sleeveless shirt dress, with a stand collar and buttons down the center front. Darts at bust. Bias tape
