Heslop Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot organic palate filling finishThis blend is earthy and complex on the nose with hints of cedar. The palate is medium full bodied with spice, dark berry and chocolate characters. A delicious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 55% and Merlot 45% ensures a well balanced, round and juicy red. Very dry winter and spring led into a hot, fairly dry summer. Despite some heatwave conditions, this resulted in disease free, and fully ripened fruit.
